As part of its Public Information Program, the Committee plans to host two public open houses in Cultus Lake Park. At these events the Committee will present all of the findings from its Impact Analysis, and answer questions that residents may have. Each open house will be broken into two parts:
- Part I will feature a self-directed review of information posters. Committee members and the Committee's consultants will be available (informally) to answer individuals' questions on the information presented.
- Part II will feature a 30 minute presentation by the Committee's consultants followed by a Q&A session. The Q&A will be moderated by a member of the Governance Committee, and will involve the Committee members and their consultants.
It is intended, at this time, to make the two open houses identical in terms of set-up and information presented. Two events, rather than one, are proposed simply to accommodate all interested residents.
The open houses will occur later in the Study process, after the Committee has completed its Impact Analysis. Dates, times and locations will be advertised once they are known.
